Terms of Use

1. Acceptance of these terms

By creating an account on this app, you agree to these Terms of Use and our Privacy Policy. Because our users are children, a parent or legal guardian must review and accept these terms on the student's behalf before an account is created.

2. Eligibility

This app is intended for Class 5 students preparing for the JNVST and OAVET entrance exams in Odisha, India. A parent or guardian must supervise account creation and confirm consent as described in our Privacy Policy. Accounts created without genuine parental/guardian consent may be suspended.

3. Your account

Login is via a one-time password (OTP) sent to the phone number provided at signup. The parent/guardian is responsible for keeping that phone number secure and for all activity under the account. Notify us immediately if you believe the account has been accessed without authorisation.

4. Acceptable use

• Use the app only for personal exam preparation, not for redistributing or reselling content.
• Do not attempt to copy, scrape, or extract the question bank or mock tests in bulk.
• Do not attempt to interfere with, disrupt, or gain unauthorised access to the app or other students' accounts or data.
• Leaderboards and progress data are for motivation and self-comparison — do not use them to harass or identify other students outside the app.

5. Subscriptions and payments

The app does not currently charge for access. Pricing and subscription terms will be added here — and re-confirmed with users — when paid features launch. No payment information is collected today.

6. Intellectual property

All questions, explanations, mock tests, and other content in the app are owned by us or licensed to us, and are protected by copyright. You may use them for personal study only. You may not reproduce, publish, or distribute app content without our written permission.

7. No guarantee of exam results

This app is a preparation aid. While we aim for high-quality, accurate content, we do not guarantee admission to JNVST, OAVET, or any other exam or institution.

8. Limitation of liability

To the maximum extent permitted by law, we are not liable for indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising from use of the app. The app is provided "as is" without warranties of any kind.

9. Termination

A parent/guardian may request account deletion at any time (see our Privacy Policy for contact details). We may suspend or terminate accounts that violate these terms.

10. Governing law

These terms are governed by the laws of India. Any disputes will be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts of Odisha, India.
